 Scott
is a veteran of the insurance industry. He understands
that proper insurance coverage isn't really about
a low premium, but rather having the right coverage
at an affordable cost. And unlike some in the insurance
industry who see their policyholders' as another
premium check, Scott is committed to providing each
client with an insurance policy that meets their
needs and expectations.
At the heart of his philosophy are the four
tenets of Rotary that he adheres to:
- Is it the TRUTH?
- Is it FAIR to all concerned?
- Will it build GOODWILL and better FRIENDSHIPS?
- Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
His relationship with clients is based on trust
and mutual accountability. He sees his long-term
obligation as working for his client's best interest
while maintaining integrity with the Farmers Insurance
Group and other insurance providers he utilizes.
This mutual interest serves both the client and
insurance company, and results in a better relationship
for each party. As he often says, "If I can't
improve a client's coverage from another carrier
I won't play games simply to score another sale."
As a result of this commitment to his clients,
Scott is proud to call many of them his good friends.
And for recreation he enjoys outdoor activities
such as rock climbing, big wall climbing, ice
climbing, whitewater kayaking, and fly-fishing.
